How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking details. This will allow you to monitor the delivery status of your package.
How long will it take for my order to arrive?
We process your orders immediately as they're placed and will keep you updated on their progress. Delivery times may vary depending on your location. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched.
Do you offer free shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the shipping method selected. We recommend reviewing the shipping options during the checkout process for specific rates and any available promotions.
Who is responsible for customs, duties, and taxes?
AEVA Atelier is responsible for all charges related to the initial product cost, delivery fees, and any applicable domestic taxes, as clearly outlined during checkout.
However, kindly note that if any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees are imposed by the destination country, these will be the sole responsibility of the recipient. These charges, determined by the regulations of each local government, are not included in the final amount collected at the time of purchase and must be settled by the customer directly. We appreciate your understanding.
ORDER & PROCESSING
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and PayPal. All transactions are encrypted for security. By submitting payment, you confirm ownership of the payment method used.
Do I need an account to place an order?
No, you may check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows for faster checkout, order tracking, and exclusive member benefits.
Can I cancel or amend my order?
To ensure timely processing, all orders are initiated immediately upon receipt of payment. As a result, AEVA Atelier is unable to accommodate order cancellations, amendments, or requests to consolidate shipments once an order has been placed. Customers are therefore advised to verify all order details carefully prior to confirmation and payment.
AEVA Atelier reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion in the event of:
- Incomplete or unverifiable payment information
- Suspected fraudulent activity
In such instances, affected customers will be notified, and a full refund will be issued immediately.
What is your return policy?
We sincerely regret that we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases at this time.
Because our pieces are made in small, exclusive batches, we are unable to restock returned items without compromising our quality control standards. We understand this may be disappointing, and we truly appreciate your understanding.
However, we will gladly offer a refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is faulty or incorrect, provided the following conditions are met and the issue is reported within 7 days of delivery:
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
- All original tags must remain attached.
- Items must be returned in original packaging, including garment bags or boxes.
- Unboxing Video Required: To ensure transparency and protect your claim rights, please record a video while unboxing your package in case of any damage or missing items.
Please email contact@aevaatelier.com with your order number, photos of the issue, and your unboxing video. Once verified, we will arrange a complimentary return and issue a full refund or send a replacement, including any applicable shipping costs. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment upon inspection and approval of the returned item(s). Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to be processed.
Can I exchange my item for a different size?
Yes, we offer exchanges for the same item in a different size, subject to availability.
To initiate an exchange, contact contact@aevaatelier.com within 7 days of delivery. Exchange items must meet the same return conditions outlined above.
Please note that the customer will cover all shipping costs related to exchanges.
In the event that the requested size is unavailable, we regret that we are unable to fulfil the exchange due to the limited production of our collections.
Are there any items that are final sale?
Yes. Please note, the following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Items marked “Final Sale” in the product description
- Customized or made-to-order pieces
